Exchanges & Damaged Items

At Swan Art Foundation, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns that meet the following guidelinesIf your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. Proof of damage will be required to issue a refund. 

Eligible Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Eligible items include standard merchandise such as T-shirts, canvas bags, and water bottles.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:
