Exchanges & Damaged Items
At Swan Art Foundation, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns that meet the following guidelinesIf your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. Proof of damage will be required to issue a refund.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Eligible items include standard merchandise such as T-shirts, canvas bags, and water bottles.

Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Refunds
